Andy offers a service I will get again and again. A year ago he fixed my Wolf Convection Oven door. Door won’t closed and broken inside, I thought I had to get a new and voalá he impeccably (yes! he wears professional gloves as he works) serviced it and feels and work like new. Last week he came to repair 2 faulty electrical boards under my German Miele induction cooktop. I’m glad Andy came, he changed parts, serviced my unit and I did not need to spend 4000 on a new cooktop. If you look for fair and professional service for hi end appliances, Andy is your guy!
Andy was phenomenal! My stove top vent was spraying out debris any time I used it. Andy came over quickly took it apart, evaluated what was needed to fix it, and returned a few days later with the necessary parts! He was clean and efficient.
