Two young men came to repair my washing machine. They arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and tools to complete the repair. They were competent, polite and helpful and did an outstanding job on the repair. While in my home, I also had them clean out the accumulated lint in my dryer. About an hour or two after they left I had a little problem with the dryer. I called Andy and he returned to my home promptly to remedy the problem. I think these guys are great and clearly dedicated to doing a good job and leaving their customers happy at the completion of a repair. I would certainly use them again.
I cannot speak more highly of Andy and his team. After a sub zero gasket install on our freezer that didn’t fully seal, Andy followed up with us multiple times, coming out 2-3 more times to ensure that the issue was fully resolved.
