Andy from Appliance Masters did an outstanding job repairing our Wolf oven and Miele range hood. He was extremely diligent, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with—polite, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s refreshing to find a technician who truly takes pride in his work. Andy offers a service I will get again and again. A year ago he fixed my Wolf Convection Oven door. Door won’t closed and broken inside, I thought I had to get a new and voalá he impeccably (yes! he wears professional gloves as he works) serviced it and feels and work like new. Last week he came to repair 2 faulty electrical boards under my German Miele induction cooktop. I’m glad Andy came, he changed parts, serviced my unit and I did not need to spend 4000 on a new cooktop. If you look for fair and professional service for hi end appliances, Andy is your guy!

Received same day service on my Maytag washer that stopped working mid cycle with a tub full of towels and water. Andy and another tech came out, identified the issue promptly and corrected the issue. Both of them were very professional and their prompt service was great. I highly recommend this company.
