I cannot speak more highly of Andy and his team. After a sub zero gasket install on our freezer that didn’t fully seal, Andy followed up with us multiple times, coming out 2-3 more times to ensure that the issue was fully resolved. Andy Ryabov..replaced my Whirlpool ice maker. He showed up the same day I called him. He returned the next day and installed it. Very nice young man. Very professional and organized. I'm giving his number out to everyone in my Condo... and our friends in the condos next door! He's already helping a lady a few floors above me with her broken washing machine. Can't say enough good things!
I had 3 appliances tech guys before Andy and non of them were able to fix my fridge. Andy is young professional that knows what he is doing and I Loved it. He kept me in the loop with progress and kept answering my questions regarding other appliances that I have.
Andy is an excellent technician for all your appliance equipment. I had issues with my washing machine not draining properly. He found 3 issues wrong immediately with our washing machine and offered a fair price for the repair. The repair itself was complete within less than an hour. Will definitely hire again if I ever have any issues with my appliances.
Andy was very nice and came so fast and fixed my microwave that won’t stop making a noise. He’s so smart and professional, I will call him again!!
