Great service. Identified my washing machine problem and fixed it. Was very professional.

Excellent work! Andy Ryabov explained in detail everything he was about to do. Professional and trustworthy.

Two young men came to repair my washing machine. They arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and tools to complete the repair. They were competent, polite and helpful and did an outstanding job on the repair. While in my home, I also had them clean out the accumulated lint in my dryer. About an hour or two after they left I had a little problem with the dryer. I called Andy and he returned to my home promptly to remedy the problem. I think these guys are great and clearly dedicated to doing a good job and leaving their customers happy at the completion of a repair. I would certainly use them again.

Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what caused the problem with my refrigerator and how it can be fixed. He provided a maintenance schedule to avoid the same problem. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will recommend Appliance Masters and Andy. Thank you Andy, good job.
