Andy always shows up…my second time calling him for a broken Samsung ice maker that wasn’t working properly. He got the part that was needed and now we’re making ice again. Thank you Andy…you are appreciated for a job well done!
I cannot speak more highly of Andy and his team. After a sub zero gasket install on our freezer that didn’t fully seal, Andy followed up with us multiple times, coming out 2-3 more times to ensure that the issue was fully resolved. He was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will use him again!
Andy is an excellent technician , very knowledgeable and responsible with its work, he went the extra mile to help resolve our issue with our Thermador refrigerator and I must say he resolved it amazingly. I highly recommed Appliance Masters for all Your household appliances Without hesitation
