Andy offers a service I will get again and again. A year ago he fixed my Wolf Convection Oven door. Door won’t closed and broken inside, I thought I had to get a new and voalá he impeccably (yes! he wears professional gloves as he works) serviced it and feels and work like new. Last week he came to repair 2 faulty electrical boards under my German Miele induction cooktop. Andy quickly, and more importantly, accurately diagnosed the problems with our stove and dishwasher. He ordered the correct parts and installed them. Two young men came to repair my washing machine. They arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and tools to complete the repair. They were competent, polite and helpful and did an outstanding job on the repair. While in my home, I also had them clean out the accumulated lint in my dryer. About an hour or two after they left I had a little problem with the dryer. I called Andy and he returned to my home promptly to remedy the problem. I think these guys are great and clearly dedicated to doing a good job and leaving their customers happy at the completion of a repair. I would certainly use them again.
