This business is the real deal. We found our refrigerator not working hours before a major holiday. There were hundreds of dollars worth of both raw and cooked food. We cold-called Andy Ryabov at Appliance Masters. He reassured us it could be fixed, arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and gave us a temporary fix to save our food. He even quoted us the part price directly from the Appliance Parts Blue Book. He returned at the promised time and fixed the problem efficiently. Final price was as quoted. Andy is fantastic.
