I cannot speak more highly of Andy and his team. After a sub zero gasket install on our freezer that didn’t fully seal, Andy followed up with us multiple times, coming out 2-3 more times to ensure that the issue was fully resolved. He was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will use him again!
Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what caused the problem with my refrigerator and how it can be fixed. He provided a maintenance schedule to avoid the same problem. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will recommend Appliance Masters and Andy. Thank you Andy, good job.
Andy Ryabov..replaced my Whirlpool ice maker. He showed up the same day I called him. He returned the next day and installed it. Very nice young man. Very professional and organized. I'm giving his number out to everyone in my Condo... and our friends in the condos next door! He's already helping a lady a few floors above me with her broken washing machine. Can't say enough good things!
If you are looking for an ethical and skilled appliance repair, look no further than Andy of Appliance Masters. Had a wine cellar go out, called Andy and he arrived within hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the solutions, gave me a quote and ordered the parts. While we waited on parts, Andy texted me regularly to let me know status. We highly recommend Andy and for sure will use him again.
